Our Company Philosophy
Creative Pension Consultants, Inc. is a local, independent third party
pension plan administration firm based in Albany, New York. We are
firmly committed to being the best local, independent pension plan design
and administration firm in the area. We work with our clients to
design the best possible plan and administer that plan in the most accurate,
timely and reliable way possible. Most of our plans are fully
customized to fit the specific needs of the client, and we’re always looking
for ways to improve them when there are changes in the law, employer
demographics, or management goals.
We utilize an unbundled approach to plan administration. With this approach, the client is able to select an investment product totally independent of the plan administration. This results in a much higher level of service and a more successful plan. We partner with several major providers of 401(k) products including American Funds, Empower, John Hancock, Nationwide, Transamerica, and Voya. Each of these programs has distinct advantages and disadvantages. We work with each client and their financial advisor to select the program which best fits their needs.
